Fizztein is a clean-label protein seltzer designed for everyday refreshment, not just post-workout recovery, making it an alternative to traditional protein shakes and better-for-you sparkling beverages.

Nope. Fizztein is shelf-stable, so it's perfectly fine stored at room temperature. That said, it's BEST ENJOYED COLD, so we'd recommend popping it in the fridge (or grabbing a bag of ice) before you crack one open!

Most protein drinks lean on a long list of gums, stabilizers, and artificial sweeteners to hold everything together and mask the taste of the protein itself. Fizztein doesn't. No gums, no citric acid, no stevia, no added sugar, no artificial ingredients. Just whey protein isolate, real fruit juice, and light carbonation. If it's not doing something for the drink, it's not in the can.

Fizztein is made with whey protein isolate. We chose isolate over other protein forms for a few reasons: It's a complete protein which means it contains all nine essential amino acids your body needs but can't produce on its own, so you're getting real nutritional value, not just a protein claim on the label. Isolate is more heavily filtered than standard whey concentrate, which strips out most of the lactose, fat, and carbs left behind in less-processed forms. That's part of why Fizztein stays light and clean rather than tasting like a protein shake there's less "stuff" left to weigh the flavor down. It also has a neutral taste on its own, so it lets the actual fruit flavors: mango peach, mixed berry, and pineapple come through instead of getting masked by a chalky protein aftertaste.

Sweetness comes from real fruit juice. Zero added sugar.

Fizztein is currently only available direct-to-consumer through our website. Check our Find a Store page for the nearest location to you when we're on shelves.

At the moment, subscriptions are not on our radar and here's why: we're pouring that energy into getting Fizztein onto shelves near you instead. Our goal is for you to be able to grab a cold one at your local store rather than wait on a box. Stay tuned as we grow, we're just getting started!

We are only available online and ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

All beverages are non-returnable. Opened items cannot be returned. Only unused, sealed non-beverage products (if any) may be eligible for replacement. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email our support team with photos so we can make it right. We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Orders placed by 2pm EST weekdays ship same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times vary by location.
